QUANSHENG Amazon Ads API Privacy Notice

南安听风者通讯设备有限公司 (“QUANSHENG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when authorized users access our internal QUANSHENG Amazon Ads API reporting and campaign-management application (the “Application”).

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice applies solely to the Application and its use of Login with Amazon and the Amazon Ads API. The Application is intended for authorized internal personnel and is used to manage, report on, and optimize QUANSHENG advertising activities.

2. Information we may process

When an authorized user connects the Application to Amazon, we may process:

• Amazon account identifiers and authorized user information made available through Login with Amazon;

• OAuth authorization information, including access tokens and refresh tokens;

• Amazon Ads profile identifiers, campaign settings, advertising performance metrics, reports, budgets, bids, keywords, targeting information, and related account data;

• Technical and security information, such as access logs, timestamps, IP addresses, device or browser information, and error logs.

We do not collect or store Amazon account passwords.

3. How we use information

We use information only to:

• authenticate and authorize access to the Application;

• retrieve, display, analyze, and report on Amazon Ads performance;

• support internal campaign management, optimization, budgeting, and operational review;

• maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot technical issues;

• comply with applicable laws, Amazon requirements, and contractual obligations.

Campaign, bid, budget, keyword, or targeting changes are subject to internal review and approval procedures.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information or Amazon Ads data.

We may share information only with:

• Amazon and its affiliates, as necessary to operate Login with Amazon and the Amazon Ads API;

• authorized employees and contractors who need access to perform their work;

• service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support the Application, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;

• governmental authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect our rights, security, or property.

5. International transfers

Our business operations, service providers, and Amazon services may involve processing information in countries other than the country where you are located, including China and the United States. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

6. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, to meet legal, accounting, security, and operational requirements, or until authorization is revoked. OAuth credentials are revoked or removed when no longer required.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw Amazon authorization through the relevant Amazon account settings, subject to any lawful retention requirements.

1. 适用范围

本隐私政策仅适用于本应用及其对 Login with Amazon 和 Amazon Ads API 的使用。本应用仅供获得授权的内部人员使用，用于管理、分析和优化 QUANSHENG 的亚马逊广告活动。

当授权用户将本应用连接至 Amazon 时，我们可能处理：

• Login with Amazon 提供的 Amazon 账户标识及授权用户信息；

• OAuth 授权信息，包括访问令牌和刷新令牌；

• Amazon Ads 账户/Profile 标识、广告活动设置、广告效果指标、报表、预算、竞价、关键词、投放对象及相关账户数据；

• 技术和安全信息，例如访问日志、时间戳、IP 地址、设备或浏览器信息及错误日志。

我们不会收集或保存 Amazon 账户密码。

3. 信息的使用方式

我们仅将信息用于：

• 验证和授权用户访问本应用；

• 获取、展示、分析和汇报 Amazon Ads 广告表现；

• 支持内部广告活动管理、优化、预算管理和运营审核；

• 维护系统安全、防止未经授权的访问及排查技术问题；

• 遵守适用法律、Amazon 要求及合同义务。

广告活动、竞价、预算、关键词或投放对象的变更均须遵循内部审核和批准流程。

4. 信息共享

我们不会出售个人信息或 Amazon Ads 数据。

仅在以下必要情形下共享信息：

• 为运行 Login with Amazon 和 Amazon Ads API 所必需时，与 Amazon 及其关联方共享；

• 与履行工作职责所必需的授权员工和承包商共享；

• 与提供托管、安全、维护或技术支持服务且受保密与安全义务约束的服务提供商共享；

• 法律要求，或为保护我们的权利、安全及财产所必需时，与政府机构或其他相关方共享。

5. 跨境传输

我们的业务运营、服务提供商及 Amazon 服务可能涉及在您所在国家或地区以外处理信息，包括中国和美国。法律要求时，我们将采取适当的数据跨境传输保护措施。

6. 数据安全与保存期限

我们采取合理的管理、技术和组织措施保护信息安全，并限制仅向获得授权的人员开放访问权限。

我们仅在实现本政策所述目的、满足法律、财务、安全及运营要求所必要的期限内保存信息，或保存至授权被撤销时。OAuth 凭证在不再需要时将被撤销或删除。

7. 您的权利

在适用法律允许的范围内，您可请求访问、更正、删除、限制处理或反对处理您的个人信息。您也可通过相关 Amazon 账户设置撤销授权，但仍可能受到法定数据保存义务的限制。
