Order Processing Time / 订单处理时间 All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 所有订单均在 1-3 个工作日内处理。周末或节假日不安排发货或送货。如果订单量较大，出货可能会延迟几天。

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking / 出货确认与订单追踪 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 订单发货后，您将收到一封包含追踪号码的发货确认邮件。

Customs, Duties, and Taxes / 关税与税费 QUANSHENG Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). QUANSHENG Store 不承担您的订单所产生的任何关税和税费。运输过程中或之后产生的所有费用（关税、税款等）均由客户承担。

Damages / 货物损坏 If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 如果您收到的商品在运输中损坏，请立即联系我们进行处理。在提出申请前，请妥善保存所有包装材料和受损商品。
